The wind increased when Geert Wijgaert made the kick off in the second half. Omer Guyomarch hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. If Geert Wijgaert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geert Wijgaert in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudio-Paul Taffarel saved Inter de Melão from getting behind. Paul Albeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio-Paul Taffarel having to interfere. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Inter de Melão's goalkeeper Claudio-Paul Taffarel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 63 minutes Inter de Melão's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Paul Albeanu who took care of the corner kick. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Gilberto Lalla was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Claudio-Paul Taffarel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Maurinho Vergílio kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, MAGNIFICOS.FC's Paul Albeanu tried to score from far away in the 65th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. MAGNIFICOS.FC made a substitution. Frederico Hermes replaced Paul Albeanu. In the 71st minute Inter de Melão were awarded a corner. Delfim Paraense went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Inter de Melão's corner Delfim Paraense fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lara Guadalupi quite easily take care of the ball. Geert Wijgaert blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudio-Paul Taffarel having to make a save. Claudio-Paul Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geert Wijgaert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geert Wijgaert scored 5-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudio-Paul Taffarel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Geert Wijgaert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MAGNIFICOS.FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Inter de Melão had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
