Gustavo Gentil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ksawery Frodyma having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, FC Sójcze's goal looked a bit too open when Geraldo Lopes came free, but Ksawery Frodyma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Higino Abreu kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in GD JULIO DINIS's zone, Jerzy Kiepski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sérgio Passos came out of the goal and Jerzy Kiepski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th match minute, FC Sójcze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyszek Tepper to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, Radomir Jestrimski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Norberto Santana struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Ksawery Frodyma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GD JULIO DINIS. Ksawery Frodyma didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zeferino Castilho went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 28th match minute, FC Sójcze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lukasz Hajto to maneuver through the defense. Gustavo Gentil kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. A collision led to GD JULIO DINIS getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Higino Abreu hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the game, Witold Raszkiewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Sójcze's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GD JULIO DINIS the free kick. 34 minutes into the match, FC Sójcze's goal looked a bit too open when Geraldo Aires came free, but Ksawery Frodyma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 minutes FC Sójcze's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Norberto Santana who took care of the corner kick. The corner led GD JULIO DINIS's Norberto Santana to fire away a dangerous shot which Ksawery Frodyma despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ksawery Frodyma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeferino Castilho, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 37 minutes into the game, when Witold Raszkiewicz put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of FC Sójcze:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of GD JULIO DINIS:s goal. Ksawery Frodyma had in the 39thth minute some difficulties stopping Norberto Santana's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 42nd minute, Zbyszek Tepper made a precise shot to the right of Sérgio Passos. GD JULIO DINIS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 47th minute, GD JULIO DINIS's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Zbyszek Tepper fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zdzislaw Wawro made a kick off. Zdzislaw Wawro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Sérgio Passos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Zdzislaw Wawro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sérgio Passos. GD JULIO DINIS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zdzislaw Wawro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 59 played minutes GD JULIO DINIS got a freekick which was hit by Pascoal Braga. After having played for 70 minutes, Zbyszek Tepper managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Sójcze's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zbyszek Tepper was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 71st match minute, FC Sójcze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lukasz Hajto to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to FC Sójcze getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Boruc Kisiel hit a great ball. Lukasz Hajto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sérgio Passos having to make a save. Ksawery Frodyma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pascoal Braga in the 92nd minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 96 minutes into the game, when Higino Abreu put in a rough tackle. FC Sójcze's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
