Tommy Asserlindh scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karol Makowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Krzysztof Majewski got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zdzislaw Wawro in the 14th minute of play forced Sundens BK's goalkeeper Wilhelm Säv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Sundens BK booed when FC Sójcze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Plech didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sundens BK's Wilhelm Säv proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Sundens BK from getting a goal against them. Karol Makowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olof Håkansson in the 25th minute of the match. Karol Makowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börje Askestät in the 26th minute of play. FC Sójcze's Lukasz Hajto got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Sójcze's Lukasz Hajto suffered a sore foot after 31 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Jon Lundqvist hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. The supporters of Sundens BK booed when FC Sójcze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Chuchro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th match minute, FC Sójcze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marek Kossakowski to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, FC Sójcze's Emil Chuchro got a free kick in the 37th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Sójcze's zone, Conny Mårtensson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karol Makowski came out of the goal and Conny Mårtensson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 44 played minutes FC Sójcze got a freekick which was hit by Radomil Czubski.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tommy Asserlindh to strike the kick off in the second half. Tommy Asserlindh succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 52nd playminute. Wilhelm Säv took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbyszek Tepper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Sundens BK's Alvar Söderman got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute Zbyszek Tepper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilhelm Säv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sundens BK's Wilhelm Säv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marek Kossakowski in the 64th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Sójcze defense, Conny Mårtensson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karol Makowski. The FC Sójcze fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karol Makowski should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wilhelm Klemensson during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wilhelm Klemensson hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Jon Lundqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Marek Kossakowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sundens BK's Wilhelm Säv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszek Tepper in the 89th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sundens BK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
