Cristo Cordara made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Geert Wijgaert sent off a good shot on target. Geert Wijgaert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Royal Knights FC's Cristo Cordara got control of the ball when Geert Wijgaert tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 9th minute of the match MAGNIFICOS.FC got a corner. Royal Knights FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gilberto Lalla ran over to the corner to take the kick. Geert Wijgaert received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cristo Cordara came out and tried to block the shot, but Geert Wijgaert slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 16th minute. Lara Guadalupi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arne Röspel in the 23rd minute of the match. Lara Guadalupi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Röspel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 24 minutes, Geert Wijgaert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MAGNIFICOS.FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geert Wijgaert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lara Guadalupi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristóvão Valle, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The audience was convinced that Geert Wijgaert's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristo Cordara was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Lara Guadalupi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Röspel, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 46th minute, MAGNIFICOS.FC's Geert Wijgaert dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Carlos Lima made the kick off in the second half. Cristo Cordara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davi Vaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Cristo Cordara came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by MAGNIFICOS.FC's Geert Wijgaert. But to his dismay, Geert Wijgaert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 58thth minute of the game Geert Wijgaert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Royal Knights FC's Cristo Cordara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Davi Vaz managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Segundo Volante in the 60 minute of the game. After 65th play minutes Geert Wijgaert shot 5-1, a short shot which went by Cristo Cordara and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geert Wijgaert in the 69th minute of play forced Royal Knights FC's goalkeeper Cristo Cordara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geert Wijgaert took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristo Cordara. Cristo Cordara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. When MAGNIFICOS.FC's Geert Wijgaert in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Royal Knights FC's goalie prevented a goal. 84 minutes into the match, Geert Wijgaert had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristo Cordara. Royal Knights FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Geert Wijgaert was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. Geert Wijgaert scored 8-1 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristo Cordara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Valério Ortiz was substituted for Geert Wijgaert. 91 minutes into the game, Segundo Volante was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Royal Knights FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MAGNIFICOS.FC the free kick. In the 91st match minute, Royal Knights FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Volante to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute, Frederico Hermes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute of the match, Hudson Pires got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lara Guadalupi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. There was no doubt that MAGNIFICOS.FC were the better team. MAGNIFICOS.FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
