When Zhao Xiong Han fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Strib Galacticos IF's protests and gave Zhao Xiong Han a yellow card for diving instead. After 9 played minutes Strib Galacticos IF got a freekick which was hit by Zhao Xiong Han. After 11 minutes, Andres Oper made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. General Tanz II's Hermengildo Tipi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Hasan Fuleager made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Abancens in the 14th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Strib Galacticos IF's Andres Oper sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hermengildo Tipi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Strib Galacticos IF's Hasan Fuleager played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Abancens in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind General Tanz II's goalkeeper Hermengildo Tipi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Andres Oper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 24th minute Andres Oper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermengildo Tipi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, General Tanz II's goal looked a bit too open when Zhao Xiong Han came free, but Hermengildo Tipi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hasan Fuleager made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Mantzio in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute Benicio Tavio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hasan Fuleager saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 38 in the game by Andres Oper from a close distance when the talented Hermengildo Tipi managed to make a qualified save. General Tanz II's players were relieved. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Asım Arif Akatay during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benigno Tonete in the 42nd minute of play forced Strib Galacticos IF's goalkeeper Hasan Fuleager to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Andres Oper came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Strib Galacticos IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andres Oper couldn't finish the play. In the 50th match minute, Strib Galacticos IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zhao Xiong Han to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andres Oper stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hermengildo Tipi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Oper in the 54th minute of the match. Hasan Fuleager made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartolo Mantzio in the 57th minute. Andres Oper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hermengildo Tipi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andres Oper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hagbard Ribov in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hermengildo Tipi saved General Tanz II from getting behind. Strib Galacticos IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Davide Ubriaco in the 89th minute. Hagbard Ribov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 91 minutes into the match, General Tanz II's goal looked a bit too open when Hagbard Ribov came free, but Hermengildo Tipi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
