LinuX F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Carl-Chester Vallgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Soto in the 21st minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Minor Godinez to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, VBL Stockholm's Olov Johnsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardo Arias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of LinuX F.C. booed when VBL Stockholm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonatan Olsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carl-Chester Vallgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elmer Lozano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
