In the 19th minute Xu Liang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Du Jie Ran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xu Liang could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Du Jie Ran made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xu Liang in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Du Jie Ran saved HALO HANGZHOU from getting behind. 27 minutes into the match, HALO HANGZHOU's goal looked a bit too open when Xu Liang came free, but Du Jie Ran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, Kristof Dülberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Qian Lin Yu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xu Liang could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Du Jie Ran made a huge save. Xu Liang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Du Jie Ran having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qian Lin Yu in the 43rd minute of play forced FC Toho's goalkeeper Tobias Glöden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Desislav Sergeev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tobias Glöden was relentless in the 44th minute of the game.

Feng Lin Jie might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Du Jie Ran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Feng Lin Jie ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 68th minute Bo-Erik McNamara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Glöden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xu Liang's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Du Jie Ran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Tobias Glöden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lin Yu Hai, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Peng Kang Xing hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the match, Xu Liang notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of HALO HANGZHOU's Du Jie Ran. Du Jie Ran was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 87 minutes into the game, Xu Liang cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Du Jie Ran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 96th minute of the match, Bo-Erik McNamara tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tobias Glöden saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
