Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lance Eyre got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute of the match, Ronny Sutherland got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonathan Ferrant was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ronny Sutherland received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Ronny Sutherland slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 5th minute. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hythe Rangers United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Venezuela's corner Jonathan Venegas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Janes Van Huruck quite easily take care of the ball. Lance Eyre struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hythe Rangers United. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lance Eyre in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dylan Crossley was slow to take the kick. During this time Hythe Rangers United's players had a chance to rest. Jose Correa charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jose Correa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th minute, one of Venezuela:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Venezuela. 21 minutes into the game, Ronny Sutherland cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Lance Eyre took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. The referee felt a red card was in order, 28 minutes into the game, when Dylan Crossley put in a rough tackle. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hythe Rangers United! Hythe Rangers United's Damien Letheren got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hythe Rangers United's Janes Van Huruck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 38th minute of play. Ronny Sutherland was extremely unlucky when he, in the 40th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 43rd match minute, Hythe Rangers United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cody Wilson to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Ronny Sutherland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 55 minutes into the match, Hythe Rangers United's goalkeeper Janes Van Huruck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. When Ronny Sutherland came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Hythe Rangers United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronny Sutherland couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Hythe Rangers United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rhys Wooding didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute of the match Tomas Illescas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Janes Van Huruck skillfully saved the ball. Janes Van Huruck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Zak Crocker might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zak Crocker ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zak Crocker in the 72nd minute of play. After 73 played minutes Hythe Rangers United got a freekick which was hit by Gary Mead. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Janes Van Huruck made a huge save. When Hythe Rangers United's Ronny Sutherland in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Zak Crocker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Janes Van Huruck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 80th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Janes Van Huruck in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Hythe Rangers United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ollie Paterson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Janes Van Huruck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Tomas Illescas came free with the goalkeeper in the 88th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Janes Van Huruck could save by the left post.
