Leonel Fernandez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 40thth minute of the game Rene Aires who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sitges FC's Leonel Fernandez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leonel Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Aires, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. If Feliciano Iratxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Rene Aires made the kick off in the second half. After 57 minutes of play, Loco De Remate's Rene Aires made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonel Fernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Loco De Remate's Hıdır Namal was substituted for Feliciano Iratxo. In the 63rdth minute of the game Rene Aires who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sitges FC's Leonel Fernandez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hıdır Namal in the 67th minute of play forced Sitges FC's goalkeeper Leonel Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gartzea Fuster fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sitges FC's protests and gave Gartzea Fuster a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sitges FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Gartzea Fuster hit a great ball. After 69 played minutes, Loco De Remate's Leandro Virila shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leonel Fernandez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Loco De Remate reached it. Loco De Remate made a substitution. Baškim Sumulikovski replaced Bruno Medero. After some careless play in the Sitges FC defense, Clodoveo Christobal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonel Fernandez. The Sitges FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonel Fernandez should have stopped the shot. In the 78th minute Hıdır Namal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walmir Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Uria in the 81st minute of play. Alejo Caminero hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. The supporters of Loco De Remate booed when Sitges FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejo Caminero didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Virila in the 84th minute of play forced Sitges FC's goalkeeper Leonel Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Sitges FC's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Christobal came free, but Leonel Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th match minute, Loco De Remate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Christobal to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Loco De Remate fully deserved thier win.
