Firmin Abenda hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Golden Dragón F.C's Froila Espin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Golden Dragón F.C from getting a goal against them. Xoan Barbera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ubaldo Matildo Fillol having to make a save. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xoan Barbera in the 21st minute of play. Rene Houseman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Froila Espin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Chaime Alamon fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Golden Dragón F.C's protests and gave Chaime Alamon a yellow card for diving instead. River CBBA's Tobias Abarca got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 36th match minute, Golden Dragón F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walme Labandera to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute River CBBA were awarded a corner. Reinaldo Merlo went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Alejandro Montenegro got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-0. 43 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

58 minutes into the match, Golden Dragón F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Houseman came free, but Froila Espin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Rene Houseman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Froila Espin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The River CBBA fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when River CBBA's Tadeo Ignado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Golden Dragón F.C's Dodorol Dosal quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Firmin Abenda, made in the 65th minute of the game. A collision led to River CBBA getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Firmin Abenda hit a great ball. Firmin Abenda kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 79th minute Bertran Bolonga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Matildo Fillol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tobias Abarca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. River CBBA's Jonatán Maidana was substituted for Fabian Ayala. River CBBA's Ubaldo Matildo Fillol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walme Labandera in the 88th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquim Pereta got free with Ubaldo Matildo Fillol in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 94 minutes into the match, Golden Dragón F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Houseman came free, but Froila Espin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Froila Espin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Houseman, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
