Efrain Veremundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Salvino, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 19th minute Antonio Berbiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Fernendo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Las Palmas's goalkeeper Efrain Veremundo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Marcelo Saracchi in the 26th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Oflador FC 2003's Elpidio Oxel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Salvino in the 28th minute of play forced Las Palmas's goalkeeper Efrain Veremundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Las Palmas booed when Oflador FC 2003 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinicio Magdaleno didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Oflador FC 2003's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Quinito came free, but Julian Fernendo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oflador FC 2003's Osvaldo Virila pulled a muscle in his back after 36 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Natalio Gomez kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Oflador FC 2003's Julian Fernendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Quinito in the 40th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damian Salvino in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Efrain Veremundo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 46 minutes, Gaspar Flores mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Las Palmas and the Oflador FC 2003 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th minute, Gaspar Flores hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antonio Berbiz to make the kick off. Gaspar Flores received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Julian Fernendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Oflador FC 2003's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Berbiz came free, but Julian Fernendo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Efrain Veremundo came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Oflador FC 2003's Damian Salvino. But to his dismay, Damian Salvino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Efrain Veremundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Salvino, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Oflador FC 2003's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Quinito came free, but Julian Fernendo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Efrain Veremundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Salvino, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. When Antonio Berbiz, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 98 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Julian Fernendo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Oflador FC 2003 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Las Palmas had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
