Faustino Formerio started the match with the kick off. Joaquim Pereta kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. With a little luck, Cachiyuyo EAS's Arnulfo Nataniel got control of the ball when Joaquim Pereta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnulfo Nataniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Pereta in the 17th minute of play. After 19 minutes Cachiyuyo EAS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Chorche Torrescassana who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Chorche Torrescassana got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arnulfo Nataniel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Cerilo Valben made in the 25th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Cachiyuyo EAS's Ivan Drago. Cachiyuyo EAS's Faustino Formerio got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Inacio Andres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnulfo Nataniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Cachiyuyo EAS's zone, Eron Sanez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnulfo Nataniel came out of the goal and Eron Sanez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Cachiyuyo EAS's Eugenio Pancho got a free kick in the 41st minute. Eugenio Pancho kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Joaquim Pereta charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joaquim Pereta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Joaquim Pereta made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute Inacio Andres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Nataniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Pereta in the 59th minute of play forced Cachiyuyo EAS's goalkeeper Arnulfo Nataniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Joaquim Pereta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 played minutes Cachiyuyo EAS got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Bernaldo. After a rather tough play, Cachiyuyo EAS's Eugenio Pancho got a free kick in the 64th minute. Arnulfo Nataniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Pereta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes into the match, Cachiyuyo EAS's goal looked a bit too open when Inacio Andres came free, but Arnulfo Nataniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd match minute, Golden Dragón F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cerilo Valben to maneuver through the defense. If Faustino Formerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eron Sanez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulfo Nataniel having to interfere. Golden Dragón F.C's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
