After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Cícero de Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Federales FC Ψ OFF's supporters rose to their feet, but Cícero de Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnoldo Kismi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnoldo Kismi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cícero de Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Arnoldo Kismi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cícero de Castro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Federales FC Ψ OFF's Ubaldo Lluterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Mingo in the 21st minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, C. A. Atlanta's Fermin Mingo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ubaldo Lluterio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Federales FC Ψ OFF's Ubaldo Lluterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Eli in the 27th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Federales FC Ψ OFF's Horacio Medardo got a free kick in the 48th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
