Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nicanor Gaufred kicked off to start the match. Geronimo Rainerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Ioritz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robustiano Erauso hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute Santos Ioritz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Rainerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enrique Lekubegi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Johans, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Gaufred in the 14th minute of play forced Quitilipi's goalkeeper Geronimo Rainerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 played minutes Quitilipi got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Loco. Geronimo Rainerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Gaufred in the 15th minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Quitilipi's goalie and right to Baldomiro Eutor. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Quitilipi's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Santos Ioritz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Santos Ioritz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Quitilipi's Geronimo Rainerio. Geronimo Rainerio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Quitilipi's Geronimo Rainerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Gaufred in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Quitilipi's Esteban Ioritz got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute of the match Julian Birila shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Geronimo Rainerio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Geronimo Rainerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Gaufred, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lisandro Argi tried in the 36th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Enrique Lekubegi a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-1. Oscar Eguen hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute Nicanor Gaufred shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Rainerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Quitilipi's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Gaufred came free, but Geronimo Rainerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fulgencio Johans made a kick off. Quitilipi's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eduardo Llorienzo in the 53rd minute. The supporters of Palermo booed when Quitilipi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Cresencio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute, Valentin Enekoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Palermo's Valentin Enekoitz got a free kick in the 59th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Silvanito came free, but Enrique Lekubegi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Palermo defense, Eduardo Llorienzo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enrique Lekubegi. The Palermo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enrique Lekubegi should have stopped the shot. Geronimo Rainerio came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Palermo's Santos Ioritz. But to his dismay, Santos Ioritz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. After a rather tough play, Quitilipi's Eduardo Llorienzo got a free kick in the 87th minute. Geronimo Rainerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicanor Gaufred, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santos Ioritz got free with Geronimo Rainerio in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
