After the first half Racing Miami Futbol Club were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The corner ended in Oliver Rivera almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Golden Dragón F.C's Froila Espin did a great save. Golden Dragón F.C made a substitution. In the 83rd minute, Joaquim Pereta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Golden Dragón F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Donato Viñe made in the 88th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Racing Miami Futbol Club's Genaro Parr. The supporters of Golden Dragón F.C booed when Racing Miami Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregory Landry didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Racing Miami Futbol Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Golden Dragón F.C throughout the match.
