The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Robert Vassenius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Servando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robert Vassenius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Servando in the 13th minute of play. Brasil off's Vjeran Tomić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Brasil off from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Brasil off booed when RB Chubut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Baristo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the RB Chubut defense, Benedicto Oskitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robert Vassenius. The RB Chubut fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robert Vassenius should have stopped the shot. In the 37th minute, Elmo Tor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. RB Chubut's Lino Semeno shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 38th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Vjeran Tomić but with some difficulty. After 39 played minutes RB Chubut got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Txordon. After some careless play in the RB Chubut defense, Leo Ranolfo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robert Vassenius. The RB Chubut fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robert Vassenius should have stopped the shot. Casimiro Firmin took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robert Vassenius. Robert Vassenius dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

RB Chubut's Andrézinho Pelé was substituted for Alfonso Bikendi. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andrézinho Pelé was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Casimiro Firmin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Robert Vassenius. That made the score 0-4 in the 58 minute of play. RB Chubut's Robert Vassenius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save RB Chubut from getting a goal against them. Xizavier Dacorrega hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Anacleto Ioritz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Robert Vassenius made a huge save. Robert Vassenius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anacleto Ioritz went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Vjeran Tomić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Mingo in the 84th minute of play. A collision led to RB Chubut getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Luisito Txordon hit a great ball. In the 91st minute Andrézinho Pelé shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vjeran Tomić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 98th minute, Andrézinho Pelé left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RB Chubut fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5.
