John Victor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anderson Valladares went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 9 played minutes Vascogoianiense FC got a freekick which was hit by Anderson Valladares. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s John Victor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anderson Valladares in the 12th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Hélder Trigo put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of John Victor. In the 16th match minute, Vascogoianiense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Válter Martins to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute Anderson Valladares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Victor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. John Victor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hélder Trigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Igor Jesus's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Olavo Fonseca firmly grabbed it by the left post. Igor Jesus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Olavo Fonseca made a huge save. Olavo Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Pedro Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute, José Carlos Medeiros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olavo Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wanderson Paranaense in the 41st minute of play. After a rather tough play, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Wiliam Torres got a free kick in the 45th minute. John Victor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anderson Valladares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hélder Trigo to make the kick off. Elano Viana hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 52nd minute, Ademar Montenegro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. John Victor was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 55th minute Waldir Faria suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 55 minutes into the game, Wanderson Paranaense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vascogoianiense FC the free kick. Vascogoianiense FC made a substitution. Túlio Paes replaced Waldir Faria. A collision led to CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Wanderson Paranaense hit a great ball. The long shot by Túlio Paes in the 57th minute really tested John Victor's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. João Pedro Paiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Olavo Fonseca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Vascogoianiense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Jesus came free, but Olavo Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olavo Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wanderson Paranaense in the 69th minute of the match. A collision led to Vascogoianiense FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Válter Martins hit a great ball. Olavo Fonseca came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Wanderson Paranaense. But to his dismay, Wanderson Paranaense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s John Victor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ from getting a goal against them. After 83 played minutes Vascogoianiense FC got a freekick which was hit by José Carlos Medeiros. Luís Paulo Coelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee felt a red card was in order, 89 minutes into the game, when Márcio Medeiros put in a rough tackle. The referee gave CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hernani Prata, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Vascogoianiense FC's Olavo Fonseca. 2-3. Olavo Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Jesus in the 96th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vascogoianiense FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
