Walmir Dias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ian Cerezo in the 17th minute. Walmir Dias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Medeiros in the 20th minute of play. Abelardo Medeiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s Walmir Dias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ® from getting a goal against them. In the 56thth minute of the game Abelardo Medeiros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s Walmir Dias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Abelardo Medeiros put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Walmir Dias. After 59 minutes of play SE Palmeiras's João Vítor de Almeida was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. It was a penalty for SE Palmeiras! SE Palmeiras:s Will Muralhas showed great skill when he stopped Gernando dos Santos:s penalty. Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ® were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
