In the 5th minute Toninho Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeu Prado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Téo Guimarães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's João Adolfo Trevisan got a free kick in the 12th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reynaldo Zanette during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Amadeu Prado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toninho Garcia in the 17th minute of play. Sport Club Mavericks's Amadeu Prado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Sport Club Mavericks from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the game, Dito Ferraz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sport Club Mavericks's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA the free kick. Dito Ferraz kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. José Carlos Mangueira hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Washington Furtado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amadeu Prado. Amadeu Prado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Rogério Cean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30thth minute of the game Zézinho Neto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Davi Tande was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Davi Tande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zézinho Neto in the 33rd minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Sport Club Mavericks's goal looked a bit too open when Washington Furtado came free, but Amadeu Prado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sport Club Mavericks's Amadeu Prado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toninho Garcia in the 39th minute of play. Davi Tande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zézinho Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the game, Jean Quintal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sport Club Mavericks the free kick. In the 42nd minute, Jean Quintal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ian Marinho lost his temper 46 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 47 played minutes Sport Club Mavericks got a freekick which was hit by Ian Marinho. Duda Goiano struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Amadeu Prado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Washington Furtado made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Washington Furtado made a precise shot to the right of Amadeu Prado. Sport Club Mavericks's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 56 minutes into the game, Toninho Garcia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Amadeu Prado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Amadeu Prado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toninho Garcia in the 59th minute of play. If Davi Rossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63 played minutes Sport Club Mavericks got a freekick which was hit by Alexsandro Lira. 64 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Zanette notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Sport Club Mavericks's Amadeu Prado. Amadeu Prado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. José Carlos Mangueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davi Tande having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Jean Quintal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amadeu Prado. Sport Club Mavericks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jean Quintal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. A collision led to CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Claudinei Monteiro hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toninho Garcia in the 80th minute of play forced Sport Club Mavericks's goalkeeper Amadeu Prado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amadeu Prado came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Toninho Garcia. But to his dismay, Toninho Garcia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Washington Furtado scored 7-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amadeu Prado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Amadeu Prado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Zanette in the 93rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Sport Club Mavericks defense, Toninho Garcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amadeu Prado. The Sport Club Mavericks fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amadeu Prado should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA fully deserved thier win.
