Elias Damascenos short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Walmir Dias to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 30 minutes into the game, Elias Damasceno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Walmir Dias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as 卡納里尼奧 FC's Eliseu Alagoano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Walmir Dias. That made the score 2-1 after 36 minutes of play. Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s Walmir Dias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseu Alagoano in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to 卡納里尼奧 FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Sidnei Dionísio hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elias Damasceno to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Nildo Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Vítor Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafa Coutinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Agostinho Guedes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Walmir Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th match minute, 卡納里尼奧 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor da Costa to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. 卡納里尼奧 FC had played much better football throughout.
