A very good chance. 14 minutes into the match, Pulpo1971 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Cambeiro came free, but Teofilo Valentin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aaron Barrios during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aaron Barrios kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Lehen Guardamino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Cotilla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. After 21 played minutes Pulpo1971 FC got a freekick which was hit by Katia Lallera. Porfiro Revilla had several of the Panama's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 26 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Marcos Cotilla as he didn't even see the shot coming. 31 minutes into the game, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teofilo Valentin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Porfiro Revilla in the 40th minute. The supporters of Pulpo1971 FC booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Barrios didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Matthew Garrido fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Panama's protests and gave Matthew Garrido a yellow card for diving instead. Matthew Garrido kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Porfiro Revilla in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Cotilla saved Panama from getting behind.

Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Porfiro Revilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Aaron Lizana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lehen Guardamino in the 70th minute of play. A collision led to Pulpo1971 FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Porfiro Revilla hit a great ball. After 73 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Sarmiento. 75 minutes into the game, Porfiro Revilla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Porfiro Revilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pulpo1971 FC's Mane Alcubilla was substituted for Lehen Guardamino. Pulpo1971 FC's Grabiel Arcelay was substituted for Katia Lallera. Jose Carita kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Porfiro Revilla in the 88th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, Pulpo1971 FC could leave the field as winners, despite Panama having more of the ball for most of the match.
