Luisito Ignado scored 2-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Luisito Ignado took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Lautaro Navarro to make any attempt to save it. Luisito Ignado received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lautaro Navarro came out and tried to block the shot, but Luisito Ignado slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 24th minute. In the 31st minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Matildo Fillol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 31st minute of play. Ildefonso Ariando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Ibar made in the 35th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Christian Sancho. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 36th minute of play forced murioenmadrid's goalkeeper Ubaldo Matildo Fillol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Navarro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luisito Ignado showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 39 minute of play. In the 43rd minute of the match Luca Espinar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ubaldo Matildo Fillol showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Honduras's attentive Sebastian Villa managed to snatch the ball when Angelo Ibar made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off in the second half. murioenmadrid's Ubaldo Matildo Fillol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 57th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in murioenmadrid fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! 77 minutes into the match, Duke Greenan notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, murioenmadrid's Ubaldo Matildo Fillol got control of the ball when Sebastian Villa tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 89 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Christian Sancho.
