NovaStella FK were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after chacarita juniors's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sven-Åke Hellström took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Åke Hellström in the 33rd minute of play forced chacarita juniors's goalkeeper Rene Goren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severino Jacindo hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anton Bergren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anton Bergren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Rene Goren made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anton Bergren got free with Rene Goren in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raul Brais took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gustaf Holmberg. Zacarias Urtun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Gustaf Holmberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78thth minute of the game Anton Bergren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but chacarita juniors's Rene Goren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rene Goren made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Anton Bergren sent off a good shot on target. Anton Bergren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Rene Goren made a huge save. Anton Bergren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Rene Goren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, NovaStella FK's Andy Lindqvist got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The chacarita juniors fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. NovaStella FK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
