In the 8th minute Henrik Gyarmati shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inácio Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, Henrik Gyarmati reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Inácio Guimarães. The goal made the score 1-0. After having played for 14 minutes, Ottó Szigeti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Várdomb's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ottó Szigeti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reinaldo das Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Várdomb's Botond Bodor suffered a sore thigh after 19 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Téo Barral during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Várdomb booed when Operário Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Téo Barral didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Décio Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Operário Futebol Clube's zone, Elemér Pálffy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inácio Guimarães came out of the goal and Elemér Pálffy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Téo Barral hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute, Téo Barral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the game, Ottó Szigeti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Inácio Guimarães was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ottó Szigeti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Inácio Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Inácio Guimarães came out of the goal and Henrik Gyarmati tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Inácio Guimarães came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Várdomb's Lóránd Angyal. But to his dismay, Lóránd Angyal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Operário Futebol Clube's Inácio Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Gyarmati in the 57th minute of play. After 59 played minutes Operário Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Reinaldo das Neves. The supporters of Operário Futebol Clube booed when Várdomb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Gyarmati didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reinaldo das Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Operário Futebol Clube's Glauco Vidal was substituted for Conrado Soares. Décio Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Vilmos Balázs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inácio Guimarães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elemér Pálffy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Inácio Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elemér Pálffy in the 77th minute of the match. After 83 played minutes Operário Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Sá. Várdomb made a substitution. Félix Zentay replaced Elemér Pálffy. The supporters of Várdomb booed when Operário Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Téo Barral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Félix Zentay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Guimarães having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Várdomb fully deserved thier win.
