A wasted opportunity for Operário Futebol Clube. Felix Söderberg hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Inácio Guimarães made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Anton Bergren sent off a good shot on target. Décio Vale's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patrick Almkvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Paulo José Bastos kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Operário Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Axel Bröms came free, but Inácio Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Eriberto Sá hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 46 minutes of play, Operário Futebol Clube's Eriberto Sá made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Décio Vale made a kick off. A collision led to Operário Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. With a little luck, NovaStella FK's Patrick Almkvist got control of the ball when Décio Vale tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Décio Vale in the 85th minute of play forced NovaStella FK's goalkeeper Patrick Almkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. NovaStella FK had played much better football throughout.
