Du Yuan Chao started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Du Yuan Chao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristiaan Van de Velde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Du Yuan Chao in the 7th minute of the match. When Du Yuan Chao came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the LVCVS AVGVSTI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Du Yuan Chao couldn't finish the play. Eliézer de Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rein Goethals charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rein Goethals the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of LVCVS AVGVSTI booed when de belletrekkers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rein Goethals didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rein Goethals got free with Rosario Escarza in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 19 minutes into the match, de belletrekkers's goal looked a bit too open when Ronny Skytt came free, but Kristiaan Van de Velde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelian Barboni in the 21st minute of play forced LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper Rosario Escarza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. de belletrekkers's Kristiaan Van de Velde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by C.J. La Marca in the 23rd minute of play. Eliézer de Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from C.J. La Marca in the 29th minute of the match. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Du Yuan Chao, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Du Yuan Chao took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kristiaan Van de Velde. Kristiaan Van de Velde dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 33rd minute, Ronny Skytt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristiaan Van de Velde was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 43rd play minutes Du Yuan Chao shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Kristiaan Van de Velde and just under the crossbar into goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aurelian Barboni stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Du Yuan Chaos short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Kristiaan Van de Velde to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Du Yuan Chao in the 55th minute of the match. Kristiaan Van de Velde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Du Yuan Chao in the 60th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, de belletrekkers's goalkeeper Kristiaan Van de Velde had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Du Yuan Chao. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rein Goethals in the 71st minute of play forced LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper Rosario Escarza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd match minute, de belletrekkers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rein Goethals to maneuver through the defense. LVCVS AVGVSTI's Baldomero Chano was substituted for Ronny Skytt. LVCVS AVGVSTI made a substitution. Felipe Gutierrez replaced Venancio Olayo. LVCVS AVGVSTI's Wu Xiong Xuan was substituted for Ferdinand Agachi. Rein Goethals hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Kristiaan Van de Velde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomero Chano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rosario Escarza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelian Barboni, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 80th minute, Eliézer de Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as LVCVS AVGVSTI's Du Yuan Chao slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kristiaan Van de Velde. That made the score 0-5 after 82 minutes of play. In the 88th minute, Quirce Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Qian Hong Ting in the 89th minute really tested Kristiaan Van de Velde's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a defensive mix-up in de belletrekkers's zone, Du Yuan Chao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristiaan Van de Velde came out of the goal and Du Yuan Chao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kristiaan Van de Velde came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by LVCVS AVGVSTI's Baldomero Chano. But to his dismay, Baldomero Chano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. LVCVS AVGVSTI played a much better game than de belletrekkers and deserved their victory. The de belletrekkers players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
