A collision led to Vila Industrial FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Black Power hit a great ball. In the 27th match minute, Garanhão do SUL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Lameirinhas to maneuver through the defense. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignatius Casasola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Dorian Valladares came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Vila Industrial FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dorian Valladares couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Dorian Valladares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ignatius Casasola was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Vila Industrial FC were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Garanhão do SUL's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roberto Cibran took the corner. Garanhão do SUL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benedicto Obano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Benedicto Obano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignatius Casasola having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Jan-Erik Ryberg fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ignatius Casasola, passed just outside the right post. 93 minutes into the match, Benedicto Obano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ignatius Casasola. Garanhão do SUL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benedicto Obano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Vila Industrial FC played a much better game than Garanhão do SUL and deserved their victory. The Garanhão do SUL players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
