Baldomero Guillem was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Norberto Medardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gualterio Estefan fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored De Boedo Vengo's protests and gave Gualterio Estefan a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Black Rose 1979 booed when De Boedo Vengo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualterio Estefan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Black Rose 1979's Baldomero Guillem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Honesto in the 26th minute of play. In the 31stth minute of the game Norberto Medardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but De Boedo Vengo's Salim Adas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ubaldo Honesto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Guillem having to interfere. Silvio Llope's late challenge caught a De Boedo Vengo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvio Llope helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd minute, Silvio Llope hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, De Boedo Vengo's goalkeeper Salim Adas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvio Llope. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Gualterio Estefan made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gualterio Estefan got free with Baldomero Guillem in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Salim Adas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Medardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norberto Medardo in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Salim Adas saved De Boedo Vengo from getting behind. In the 67th minute, Gavino Abarca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gavino Abarca fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored De Boedo Vengo's protests and gave Gavino Abarca a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in De Boedo Vengo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 68th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Black Rose 1979 a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alonzo Oxel, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of De Boedo Vengo's Salim Adas. 2-2. After 73 played minutes Black Rose 1979 got a freekick which was hit by Enzo-Nicolás Pérez. 75 minutes into the match, Black Rose 1979's goal looked a bit too open when Gualterio Estefan came free, but Baldomero Guillem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Norberto Medardo took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Salim Adas. Salim Adas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. After a defensive mix-up in Black Rose 1979's zone, Gualterio Estefan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldomero Guillem came out of the goal and Gualterio Estefan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Black Rose 1979 getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Enzo-Nicolás Pérez hit a great ball. After 96 minutes, Orlando Rudolfo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Black Rose 1979 and the De Boedo Vengo players grew even worse after the yellow card.
