Curcio Carballeira received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Juaneizu Merida came out and tried to block the shot, but Curcio Carballeira slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 28th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Club Getafe Deportivo's goal looked a bit too open when Grabiel Escorcia came free, but Jairo Castellano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Damiano Fioravanti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 42 minutes, Grabiel Escorcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nacional's supporters crossed their fingers, but Grabiel Escorcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juaneizu Merida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrico Del Bosque in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Grabiel Escorcia made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Curcio Carballeira made a precise shot to the right of Juaneizu Merida. Nacional's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Jairo Castellano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grabiel Escorcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jairo Castellano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grabiel Escorcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Jairo Castellano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Grabiel Escorcia went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Nacional made a substitution. Walme Yurre replaced Mendiko Bueres. Nacional's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Xu Sha in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Curcio Carballeira in the 66th minute of play forced Nacional's goalkeeper Juaneizu Merida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grabiel Escorcia took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jairo Castellano. Jairo Castellano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Club Getafe Deportivo made a substitution. Vlad Ţăranu replaced Henrico Del Bosque. Jairo Castellano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damiano Fioravanti in the 76th minute. A collision led to Club Getafe Deportivo getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Curcio Carballeira hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Jairo Castellano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 84 played minutes Nacional got a freekick which was hit by Grabiel Escorcia. Orlo Sarrate kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ursino Brunet got free with Jairo Castellano in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Club Getafe Deportivo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
