The supporters of Ciborro booed when Kale fk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferenc Puskás didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laurentino Lage took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eliézer Zanette. Eliézer Zanette dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferenc Puskás in the 18th minute of play forced Ciborro's goalkeeper Filipe Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Stefan Lundgren notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Ciborro's Filipe Dias. Filipe Dias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ferenc Puskás had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eliézer Zanette took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laurentino Lage, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliézer Zanette stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Laurentino Lage's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Stefan Lundgren put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Filipe Dias. In the 33rd match minute, Ciborro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualter Brandão to maneuver through the defense. Stefan Lundgren scored 3-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filipe Dias, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 36 played minutes Ciborro got a freekick which was hit by Gualter Brandão. Stefan Lundgrens short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Filipe Dias to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 39 minutes into the game, Stefan Lundgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Filipe Dias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 47 played minutes Kale fk got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Opilano. Eliézer Zanette took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Neiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alberto Barcelos made a kick off. Ciborro's Laurentino Lage got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Kale fk fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Kale fk's Ferenc Puskás looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 62 minutes into the game, Ferenc Puskás cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Filipe Dias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Kale fk booed when Ciborro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualter Brandão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laurentino Lage could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Eliézer Zanette made a huge save. Stefan Lundgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Filipe Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kale fk had played much better football throughout.
