Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cesar Nalo took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Douglas Lago. Douglas Lago dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 8th minute Esteban Calvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Lago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esteban Calvino struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Douglas Lago didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maikolitos. In the 13th minute, Cesar Nalo made a precise shot to the right of Douglas Lago. Malu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The supporters of Maikolitos booed when Malu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Washington Capixaba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Malu's Douglas Lago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Calvino in the 18th minute of play. Douglas Lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Nalo in the 20th minute of the match. Luis Ovando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Lago having to interfere. Douglas Lago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Hernando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Hector Ospin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 44 minutes into the match, Malu's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Nalo came free, but Douglas Lago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cesar Nalo made a kick off. In the 51st minute, one of Maikolitos:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Maikolitos. 56 minutes into the match, Cesar Nalo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Douglas Lago. Malu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cesar Nalo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Douglas Lago was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cesar Nalo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 59 minute of play. Ernesto Celio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruy Barral in the 63rd minute of play. Ernesto Celio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duda Oliveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Ernesto Celio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duda Oliveira in the 66th minute of the match. Blas Hernando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cesar Nalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Douglas Lago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Malu's Douglas Lago proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Malu from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Nalo in the 96th minute of play forced Malu's goalkeeper Douglas Lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute, Luis Ovando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernesto Celio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duda Oliveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. The Malu fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Maikolitos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
