Eliézer Zanette didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yuri Manolev went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If José Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eliézer Zanette showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuri Manolev, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Shah Tan got in the 25th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Eliézer Zanette handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. 34 minutes in the game Joel Martins did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Stefan Lundgren. After 36 played minutes Kale fk got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Opilano. Eliézer Zanette showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. If José Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 44 minutes Kale fk's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was José Lima who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Paraná Clube's corner José Lima fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eliézer Zanette quite easily take care of the ball. In the 46th minute José Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliézer Zanette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Paraná Clube were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Lima to make the kick off. Eliézer Zanette made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when José Lima sent off a good shot on target. The throw-in from Tan Leng in the 84th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Kale fk's Augusto Potenza. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Augusto Potenza during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kale fk's Augusto Potenza got a free kick in the 86th minute. Eliézer Zanette made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when José Lima sent off a good shot on target.
