The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Capinas AD's goalkeeper Simão Terra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 5 minutes, Daniele Pacella managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After a rather tough play, Capinas AD's Reginaldo Paraense got a free kick in the 7th minute. Filippo Bulla struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Simão Terra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hatebreed FC. 15 minutes into the game, Reginaldo Paraense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Capinas AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hatebreed FC the free kick. Reginaldo Paraense kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Alvise Demaria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvise Demaria in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Simão Terra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 26 played minutes Capinas AD got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Reis. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Franco Biscotti got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 28th minute of the match, Alvise Demaria tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Simão Terra saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 30th minute, Filippo Bulla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 31 minutes into the game, one of Capinas AD:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. With his leg Simão Terra managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Hatebreed FC's Alvise Demaria fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 37 minutes, Franco Biscotti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hatebreed FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Franco Biscotti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 41st minute, Capinas AD's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Filippo Bulla fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edu Salgado during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edu Salgado hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alvise Demaria to make the kick off. When Daniele Pacella came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Hatebreed FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniele Pacella couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Alvise Demaria's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Simão Terra was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. In the 71st minute, Franco Biscotti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Filippo Bulla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Terra having to interfere. After some careless play in the Capinas AD defense, Franco Biscotti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Simão Terra. In the 94th minute, Alvise Demaria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Simão Terra was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Hatebreed FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
