The referee ignored Kale fk's protests and gave Ali Haydar Mutlutekin a yellow card for diving instead. Kale fk's Şakir Yücel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Kale fk from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Kale fk's Vefa İncili got a free kick in the 5th minute. Alberto Barcelos in the 8thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Şakir Yücel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Temel Balkar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipe Dias having to interfere. Filipe Dias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Temel Balkar, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The corner led Kale fk's Ali Nabi Yurdaşen to fire away a dangerous shot which Filipe Dias despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 18th minute, Temel Balkar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers David Lameirinhas in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Şakir Yücel saved Kale fk from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Fırat Remiz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kale fk's supporters rose to their feet, but Fırat Remiz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filipe Dias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot 31 in the game by Alberto Barcelos from a close distance when the talented Şakir Yücel managed to make a qualified save. Kale fk's players were relieved. The Ciborro fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Ciborro's Alberto Barcelos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Ciborro's zone, Fırat Remiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filipe Dias came out of the goal and Fırat Remiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fırat Remiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fırat Remiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Filipe Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ciborro getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Temel Balkar in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filipe Dias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and David Lameirinhas made a kick off. If Fırat Remiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciborro's Alberto Barcelos got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 55 minutes, David Lameirinhas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciborro's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Lameirinhas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 59 minutes, Temel Balkar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciborro's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Fırat Remiz scored to the left of an out of position Filipe Dias, making the score, 1-1. Şakir Yücel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Lameirinhas's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Fırat Remiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Filipe Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberto Barcelos took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Şakir Yücel. Şakir Yücel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The supporters of Kale fk booed when Ciborro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualter Brandão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fırat Remiz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Filipe Dias when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Şakir Yücel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Lameirinhas, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. When David Lameirinhas came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Ciborro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Lameirinhas couldn't finish the play. After having played for 81 minutes, Fırat Remiz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kale fk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fırat Remiz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Kale fk booed when Ciborro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabino Eanes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ali Nabi Yurdaşen was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 89th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Ali Nabi Yurdaşen kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Kale fk defense, Alberto Barcelos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Şakir Yücel. The Kale fk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Şakir Yücel should have stopped the shot. Kale fk's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
