Founex FC's Josue Trüssel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Garmendia in the 4th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Jörg Melliger made a precise shot to the right of Bermund Barcelo. Guayana FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Guayana FC's goalkeeper Bermund Barcelo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Placido Probst. Gautier Setz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Bermund Barcelo made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Romeo Garmendia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Josue Trüssel was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Placido Probsts short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Bermund Barcelo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 21 minutes into the match, Jörg Melliger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bermund Barcelo. Guayana FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jörg Melliger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Romeo Garmendia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josue Trüssel having to interfere. Romeo Garmendia might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Josue Trüssel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romeo Garmendia ran back to his position shaking his head. After 30 played minutes Guayana FC got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Garmendia. Jörg Melliger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Founex FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Tobiah Emmenegger hit a great ball. After 40 minutes, Romeo Garmendia made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Founex FC's Josue Trüssel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 43 minutes into the match, Guayana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jörg Melliger came free, but Bermund Barcelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Guayana FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Valente Rapela hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, Anatole Pfiffer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gautier Setz made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Founex FC's zone, Romeo Garmendia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Josue Trüssel came out of the goal and Romeo Garmendia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Romeo Garmendia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Josue Trüssel was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Guayana FC's Bermund Barcelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gautier Setz in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gautier Setz in the 60th minute of play forced Guayana FC's goalkeeper Bermund Barcelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Founex FC's goalkeeper Josue Trüssel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romeo Garmendia. Romeo Garmendia came free with the goalkeeper in the 70th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Josue Trüssel could save by the left post. Romeo Garmendia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Josue Trüssel came out and tried to block the shot, but Romeo Garmendia slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 70th minute. Bermund Barcelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gautier Setz, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Jörg Melliger notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Guayana FC's Bermund Barcelo. Bermund Barcelo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bermund Barcelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Placido Probst, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. When Guayana FC's Romeo Garmendia in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Founex FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 93rd match minute, Guayana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Armentia to maneuver through the defense. Romeo Garmendia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Josue Trüssel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Founex FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
