Serginho Silva's late challenge caught a Vascão-ES's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serginho Silva helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th match minute, Atletico Calamar Saavedra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serginho Silva to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sercan Tümerdem in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bonifacio Naldo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jeronimo Birila's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Arnaldo Totakoxe firmly grabbed it by the left post. A nice corner shot did that Abel Esiquio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arnaldo Totakoxe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Vascão-ES's Arnaldo Totakoxe got control of the ball when Jeronimo Birila tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the last second Arnaldo Totakoxe throw himself and got hold of the ball when Serginho Silva in the 27thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Arnaldo Totakoxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Txomin in the 38th minute of the match. After 40 played minutes Vascão-ES got a freekick which was hit by Melih Cevdet Sıratullah. A long shot from Abel Esiquio in the 41st minute of play was well struck, but Arnaldo Totakoxe made a really good save at the right post. If Eugenio Fliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fábio Saraiva kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Abel Esiquio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Abel Esiquio fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atletico Calamar Saavedra's protests and gave Abel Esiquio a yellow card for diving instead. Abel Esiquio hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The supporters of Vascão-ES booed when Atletico Calamar Saavedra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Esiquio didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Vascão-ES players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Atletico Calamar Saavedra.
