After a defensive mix-up in Vascão-ES's zone, Evert Ahlrot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaldo Totakoxe came out of the goal and Evert Ahlrot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnaldo Totakoxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarbas Sabóia in the 8th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Vascão-ES's goal looked a bit too open when Svante Matsson came free, but Arnaldo Totakoxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Jarbas Sabóia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arnaldo Totakoxe. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. After having played for 14 minutes, Evert Ahlrot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Meadow Village's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evert Ahlrot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arnaldo Totakoxe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frans Valrot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, Vascão-ES's goalkeeper Arnaldo Totakoxe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evert Ahlrot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evert Ahlrot got free with Arnaldo Totakoxe in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th minute Rodolfo Baumar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Lundkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evert Ahlrot's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Arnaldo Totakoxe firmly grabbed it by the left post. Marcus Nordström made a great header on Meadow Village's corner, it was just that Vascão-ES's Arnaldo Totakoxe managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience was convinced that Sercan Tümerdem's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alex Lundkvist was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. In the 37th minute Jarbas Sabóia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Totakoxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evert Ahlrot stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The corner led Meadow Village's Jarbas Sabóia to fire away a dangerous shot which Arnaldo Totakoxe despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alex Lundkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zézinho Vinhas in the 67th minute of play. Arnaldo Totakoxe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evert Ahlrot, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Alex Lundkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zézinho Vinhas in the 71st minute. Meadow Village's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
