Gaspar Dunixi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dionisio Betadur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Gaspar Dunixi struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Dionisio Betadur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CACYFA. Luis Quirce came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by QUASAR AZULGRANA's Jeronimo Isadore. But to his dismay, Jeronimo Isadore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. CACYFA's Luis Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Federigo in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute Gaspar Dunixi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Betadur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CACYFA's Luis Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Federigo in the 20th minute of play. Luis Quirce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Gartxot in the 26th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Humberto Gartxot left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The QUASAR AZULGRANA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Luis Quirce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Isadore, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Xu Feng Wei charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xu Feng Wei the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 47th minute, Xu Feng Wei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marco Federigo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Dunixi in the 53rd minute of play forced QUASAR AZULGRANA's goalkeeper Dionisio Betadur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Humberto Gartxot came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the QUASAR AZULGRANA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Gartxot couldn't finish the play. After 58 minutes of play, CACYFA's Gaspar Dunixi made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dionisio Betadur was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to CACYFA getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Angelino Ospin hit a great ball. After 66 played minutes CACYFA got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Jerico. Dionisio Betadur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Dunixi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in QUASAR AZULGRANA's zone, Gaspar Dunixi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dionisio Betadur came out of the goal and Gaspar Dunixi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of QUASAR AZULGRANA booed when CACYFA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Jerico didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute QUASAR AZULGRANA were awarded a corner. Justino Constancio went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to QUASAR AZULGRANA's Anier Gaspard getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Godofredo Vergaray managed to get in a good position for a shot. QUASAR AZULGRANA's supporters rose to their feet, but Godofredo Vergaray was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luis Quirce breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 83rd minute, Ahmet Kadri Adılhan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ahmet Kadri Adılhan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 88 played minutes CACYFA got a freekick which was hit by Saul Itzaina. Dionisio Betadur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xu Feng Wei in the 91st minute of play. Ahmet Kadri Adılhan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dionisio Betadur having to make a save. QUASAR AZULGRANA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
