Agus Young blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pepe Pancho having to make a save. M. Agus Young might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pepe Pancho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. M. Agus Young ran back to his position shaking his head. 5 minutes into the match, Challestone S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when M. Agus Young came free, but Pepe Pancho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Norberto Tino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Ambjörnsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After taking down the ball on Challestone S.C.'s corner Raul Verga fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Norberto Tino quite easily take care of the ball. Norberto Tino was a little too slow when Selmi Uğurcan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 18th minute Gregorio Mel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberto Tino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 minutes of play, Santa Lucia de Merlo's M. Agus Young made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pepe Pancho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pepe Pancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from M. Agus Young, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pepe Pancho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of M. Agus Young's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. The supporters of Challestone S.C. booed when Santa Lucia de Merlo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Louis didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Raul Verga from long distance, 30 minutes into the match, got Norberto Tino's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Norberto Tino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Selmi Uğurcan in the 31st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Selmi Uğurcan in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Norberto Tino saved Santa Lucia de Merlo from getting behind. 33 minutes into the game, Selmi Uğurcan lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Norberto Tino. Rio Ferdinand hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Pepe Pancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from M. Agus Young in the 38th minute of play. Gregorio Mel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Norberto Tino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Santa Lucia de Merlo's attentive Pascal Som managed to snatch the ball when Harald Wester made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. 52 minutes into the match, M. Agus Young had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pepe Pancho. Challestone S.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that M. Agus Young was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After a rather tough play, Challestone S.C.'s Segundo Frichoso got a free kick in the 56th minute. Alvaro Llorienzo made in the 58th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Hernan Louis immediately put the ball in play. Pepe Pancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascal Som in the 61st minute of play. The supporters of Santa Lucia de Merlo booed when Challestone S.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harald Wester didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd match minute, Challestone S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harald Wester to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Levan Poggenborg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When M. Agus Young came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Santa Lucia de Merlo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that M. Agus Young couldn't finish the play. Santa Lucia de Merlo's Prospero Bernard was substituted for M. Agus Young. Pepe Pancho made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Prospero Bernard sent off a good shot on target. Pepe Pancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prospero Bernard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Challestone S.C. booed when Santa Lucia de Merlo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. After having played for 86 minutes, Mark Ambjörnsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Challestone S.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Mark Ambjörnsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mark Ambjörnsson scored 3-3 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Norberto Tino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Norberto Tino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Ambjörnsson in the 91st minute of play. Norberto Tino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mark Ambjörnsson's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Norberto Tino came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Challestone S.C.'s Selmi Uğurcan. But to his dismay, Selmi Uğurcan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Challestone S.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
