Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) M. Agus Young started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 4 minutes, M. Agus Young managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santa Lucia de Merlo's supporters crossed their fingers, but M. Agus Young was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ermegildo Salamon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luis Quirce came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Santa Lucia de Merlo's M. Agus Young. But to his dismay, M. Agus Young quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Florentino Herauso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Kadri Adılhan in the 13th minute of the match. Florentino Herauso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Safet Jovanović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santa Lucia de Merlo were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after CACYFA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Levan Poggenborg took the corner. The corner ended in Levan Poggenborg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CACYFA's Luis Quirce did a great save. When Santa Lucia de Merlo's M. Agus Young in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CACYFA's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 32 minutes, Levan Poggenborg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santa Lucia de Merlo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Levan Poggenborg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in CACYFA's zone, M. Agus Young stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luis Quirce came out of the goal and M. Agus Young tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The throw-in from Saul Itzaina in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Santa Lucia de Merlo's Kong Chang Zheng. The audience thought a goal was coming when M. Agus Young got free with Luis Quirce in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th minute Adrian Czornomaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florentino Herauso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th match minute, Santa Lucia de Merlo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascal Som to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute, Doctor Paredes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 48 minutes into the match, CACYFA's Ahmet Kadri Adılhan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Florentino Herauso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrian Czornomaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luis Quirce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from M. Agus Young in the 54th minute of play. After 56 minutes of play, CACYFA's Safet Jovanović made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florentino Herauso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Santa Lucia de Merlo's Polo Quinteros was substituted for M. Agus Young. After 64 minutes, Polo Quinteros made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. CACYFA's Luis Quirce tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Polo Quinteros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luis Quirce was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Polo Quinteros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luis Quirce read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Santa Lucia de Merlo's Florentino Herauso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Santa Lucia de Merlo from getting a goal against them. In the 79th match minute, CACYFA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Safet Jovanović to maneuver through the defense. CACYFA's Gaspar Dunixi was substituted for Ahmet Kadri Adılhan. Safet Jovanović kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. CACYFA's Luis Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Polo Quinteros in the 81st minute of play. After taking down the ball on CACYFA's corner Atilano Jerico fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Florentino Herauso quite easily take care of the ball. Santa Lucia de Merlo were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after CACYFA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Levan Poggenborg took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Ermegildo Salamon managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Polo Quinteros kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Santa Lucia de Merlo's Florentino Herauso got control of the ball when Gaspar Dunixi tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Alfredo Emeterio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santa Lucia de Merlo succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though CACYFA had controlled the match.
