The supporters of ASC South United booed when AFC PunisherS™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mădălin Barbonța didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 8 minutes, Hugo Bender managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ASC South United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Bender was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 11 minutes into the match, AFC PunisherS™'s Isac Frunză sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erwin Teesing narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sever Ţurcaş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Erwin Teesing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erwin Teesing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Ciociu in the 18th minute of the match. In the 19th match minute, ASC South United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolf van der Saar to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, AFC PunisherS™'s Mihnea Costea broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Erwin Teesing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mădălin Barbonța in the 21st minute of play. A collision led to ASC South United getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Hugo Bender hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Hugo Bender made the kick off in the second half. When Wesley Eringa fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ASC South United's protests and gave Wesley Eringa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd minute, one of ASC South United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ASC South United. Erwin Teesing had in the 54thth minute some difficulties stopping Mihnea Costea's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 56th minute of the match, Mădălin Barbonța tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Erwin Teesing saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eduard Isvoreanu kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Hugo Bender received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Costin Ignătoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, ASC South United's Folkert Rijkaard sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Costin Ignătoiu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Hugo Bender fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Mirko Stuijvenberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Costin Ignătoiu. AFC PunisherS™'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Costin Ignătoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folkert Rijkaard in the 73rd minute of play. If Mădălin Barbonța had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isac Frunză could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Erwin Teesing made a huge save. Hugo Bender struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Costin Ignătoiu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ASC South United. Folkert Rijkaard kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded AFC PunisherS™ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ASC South United.
