Kristian Holst started the match with the kick off. Cees Hermensen hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, AFC PunisherS™'s Erwin Teesing threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mădălin Barbonța, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When AFC PunisherS™'s Mădălin Barbonța in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ASC South United's goalie prevented a goal. In the 8th minute, Sever Ţurcaş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristian Holst blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Costin Ignătoiu having to make a save. In the 15thth minute of the game Mădălin Barbonța who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ASC South United's Erwin Teesing was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Costin Ignătoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cees Hermensen, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, ASC South United's Kristian Holst got a free kick in the 27th minute. The supporters of ASC South United booed when AFC PunisherS™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavril Chibulcutean didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute Taco Scholte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Costin Ignătoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in ASC South United's zone, Mădălin Barbonța stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erwin Teesing came out of the goal and Mădălin Barbonța tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Cees Hermensen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the AFC PunisherS™ defense, Mirko Stuijvenberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Costin Ignătoiu. The AFC PunisherS™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Costin Ignătoiu should have stopped the shot. Erwin Teesing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mădălin Barbonța in the 43rd minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Mădălin Barbonța made the kick off in the second half. Rolf van der Saar hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Fabian Ciociu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erwin Teesing having to make a save. After 54 played minutes AFC PunisherS™ got a freekick which was hit by Mădălin Barbonța. Costin Ignătoiu was a little too slow when Cees Hermensen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 0-2. AFC PunisherS™'s Ciprian Groza was substituted for Fabian Ciociu. Erwin Teesing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isac Frunză in the 66th minute of the match. Mădălin Barbonța hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Costin Ignătoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristian Holst in the 77th minute of play. Cees Hermensen's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Costin Ignătoiu firmly grabbed it by the left post. Kristian Holst received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Costin Ignătoiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Costin Ignătoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Holst in the 85th minute of the match. Costin Ignătoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cees Hermensen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mădălin Barbonța sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ASC South United's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
