An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Bender in the 7th minute of play forced ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's goalkeeper Dimosthenis Mallios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paris Georgatos might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erwin Teesing. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paris Georgatos ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, ASC South United's Erwin Teesing got control of the ball when Paris Georgatos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paris Georgatos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, Erwin Teesing skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's Iordanis Tsakiroglou got a free kick in the 17th minute. Pascall van Galen struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Dimosthenis Mallios didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ASC South United. In the 20th minute, Cees Hermensen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dimosthenis Mallios was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in ASC South United's zone, Paris Georgatos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erwin Teesing came out of the goal and Paris Georgatos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Paris Georgatos managed to get in a good position for a shot. ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's supporters rose to their feet, but Paris Georgatos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erwin Teesing breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Taco Scholte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of ASC South United booed when ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thanos Bakirtzis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugo Bender might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dimosthenis Mallios. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hugo Bender ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Taco Scholte put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Dimosthenis Mallios. Hugo Bender received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Dimosthenis Mallios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hugo Bender scored 0-3 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dimosthenis Mallios, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Hugo Bender recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Paris Georgatos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erwin Teesing was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's zone, Hugo Bender stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dimosthenis Mallios came out of the goal and Hugo Bender tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paris Georgatos during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th match minute, ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paris Georgatos to maneuver through the defense. Hugo Bender sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's Paris Georgatos got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Taco Scholte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimosthenis Mallios having to interfere. After having played for 68 minutes, Taco Scholte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ASC South United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Taco Scholte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Taco Scholte got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Hugo Bender received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Dimosthenis Mallios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's Dimosthenis Mallios got control of the ball when Hugo Bender tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dimosthenis Mallios made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dirk van Dessel in the 79th minute. Thanos Bakirtzis hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Cees Hermensen took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dimosthenis Mallios. Dimosthenis Mallios dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After a rather tough play, ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's Christos Charalambakis got a free kick in the 88th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Hugo Bender notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's Dimosthenis Mallios. Dimosthenis Mallios was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cees Hermensen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Dimosthenis Mallios made a huge save. When Hugo Bender fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ASC South United's protests and gave Hugo Bender a yellow card for diving instead. After 96 played minutes ASC South United got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Bender.
