DINAMO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Traian Traian scored to the left of an out of position Ysmael Marfil, making the score, 2-1. Fotbal Club Vaslui's Gică Hăulică managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Maxim Fința in the 25 minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Traian Traian made the kick off in the second half. Traian Traian took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ysmael Marfil. Ysmael Marfil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. The supporters of DINAMO booed when Fotbal Club Vaslui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Traian Traian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fotbal Club Vaslui made a substitution. Marcu Piţurcă replaced Gică Hăulică. Ysmael Marfil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Traian Traian in the 76th minute of the match. Traian Traian struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Ysmael Marfil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fotbal Club Vaslui. If Wellington Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The corner ended in Javier Montes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil did a great save. 89 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goal looked a bit too open when Wellington Neves came free, but Ysmael Marfil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Fotbal Club Vaslui's Traian Traian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ysmael Marfil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Fotbal Club Vaslui getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Filip Aanicăi hit a great ball. Fotbal Club Vaslui walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
