In the 21stth minute of the game Evelio Pes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Doctor's Vânderson Pena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Club Sportivo Italiano's zone, Maarek Jaama stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reynaldo Stephen came out of the goal and Maarek Jaama tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rdth minute of the game Evelio Pes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Doctor's Vânderson Pena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evelio Pes to make the kick off.
