Niceto Ihazintu started the match with the kick off. Ergo Muro made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Karel-Jan De Winter sent off a good shot on target. In the 6th minute Niceto Ihazintu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wanderson Freire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomás Rosado's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ergo Muro firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a little luck, Caatiba MZC's Ergo Muro got control of the ball when Tomás Rosado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ergo Muro was a little too slow when Karel-Jan De Winter got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, Caatiba MZC's goalkeeper Ergo Muro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomás Rosado. The Caatiba MZC fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Caatiba MZC's Niceto Ihazintu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 24 minutes into the match, UMBRELLA CORPORATION™'s goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Ihazintu came free, but Wanderson Freire reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ergo Muro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jos Verduin in the 26th minute. Ergo Muro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karel-Jan De Winter, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Wanderson Freire stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niceto Ihazintu's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Caatiba MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Karel-Jan De Winter came free, but Ergo Muro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niceto Ihazintu struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Wanderson Freire didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caatiba MZC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karel-Jan De Winter in the 41st minute of play forced Caatiba MZC's goalkeeper Ergo Muro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd match minute, Caatiba MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Henrique to maneuver through the defense. Wanderson Freire showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Ihazintu in the 45th minute of the match. UMBRELLA CORPORATION™'s Wanderson Freire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Ihazintu in the 48th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After 50 played minutes Caatiba MZC got a freekick which was hit by Delfim Bertassi. Ergo Muro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karel-Jan De Winter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute, Caatiba MZC's Niceto Ihazintu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. 61 minutes into the match, Caatiba MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Karel-Jan De Winter came free, but Ergo Muro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on UMBRELLA CORPORATION™'s corner Tomás Rosado fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ergo Muro quite easily take care of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karel-Jan De Winter in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ergo Muro saved Caatiba MZC from getting behind. The UMBRELLA CORPORATION™ fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when UMBRELLA CORPORATION™'s Karel-Jan De Winter looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niceto Ihazintu got free with Wanderson Freire in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Niceto Ihazintu might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wanderson Freire. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niceto Ihazintu ran back to his position shaking his head. 71 minutes into the match, UMBRELLA CORPORATION™'s goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Ihazintu came free, but Wanderson Freire reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Caatiba MZC's Niceto Ihazintu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wanderson Freire. That made the score 2-3 after 76 minutes of play. In the 79th minute Karel-Jan De Winter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ergo Muro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Jorge Henrique ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wanderson Freire was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Niceto Ihazintu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wanderson Freire having to make a save. 87 minutes into the match, UMBRELLA CORPORATION™'s goalkeeper Wanderson Freire had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niceto Ihazintu. Niceto Ihazintu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. UMBRELLA CORPORATION™'s Wanderson Freire proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save UMBRELLA CORPORATION™ from getting a goal against them. The Caatiba MZC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Caatiba MZC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
