Ged Nightingale made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Emanuel Van Hoeij made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grzegorz Piechna in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rdth minute of the game Larry Ferrell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but THANDERA® FCCMZ's Emanuel Van Hoeij was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute of the match Danny Bartlett shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emanuel Van Hoeij showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 27thth minute of the game Larry Ferrell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but THANDERA® FCCMZ's Emanuel Van Hoeij was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Grzegorz Piechna took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emanuel Van Hoeij. THANDERA® FCCMZ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Larry Ferrell in the 32nd minute of play forced THANDERA® FCCMZ's goalkeeper Emanuel Van Hoeij to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Larry Ferrell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emanuel Van Hoeij was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Emanuel Van Hoeij took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Larry Ferrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eriberto Arósio didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Larry Ferrell in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuel Van Hoeij saved THANDERA® FCCMZ from getting behind. In the 43rd minute of the match, Claudinei Linares got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ged Nightingale was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Emanuel Van Hoeij made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabricio Enekoitz in the 46th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Claudinei Linares made the kick off in the second half. Marquinhos de Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ged Nightingale having to interfere. In the 55th minute Lukas De Smet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ged Nightingale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emanuel Van Hoeij made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabricio Enekoitz in the 57th minute. A hard shot 58 in the game by Larry Ferrell from a close distance when the talented Emanuel Van Hoeij managed to make a qualified save. THANDERA® FCCMZ's players were relieved. Larry Ferrell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64thth minute of the game Larry Ferrell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but THANDERA® FCCMZ's Emanuel Van Hoeij was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arrows Academy FC were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after THANDERA® FCCMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Guy Hogg took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of THANDERA® FCCMZ's goalie and right to Larry Ferrell. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. THANDERA® FCCMZ's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Emanuel Van Hoeij made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabricio Enekoitz in the 70th minute of play. If Grzegorz Piechna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 79 in the game by Larry Ferrell from a close distance when the talented Emanuel Van Hoeij managed to make a qualified save. THANDERA® FCCMZ's players were relieved. In the 91st minute, Fabricio Enekoitz made a precise shot to the right of Emanuel Van Hoeij. THANDERA® FCCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Emanuel Van Hoeij made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Larry Ferrell in the 93rd minute of play. The Arrows Academy FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
