Olav Suur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Theo Hayles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Theo Hayles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olav Suur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evelio Pes in the 11th minute of play. In the 17th minute Club Sportivo Italiano were awarded a corner. Luisito Bikendi went to the cornerflag to take it. Olav Suur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theo Hayles, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Evelio Pes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Olav Suur was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evelio Pes in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olav Suur saved Punua from getting behind. In the 30th minute, Rogelio Claris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evelio Pes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute, Remigio Giro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Club Sportivo Italiano's Reynaldo Stephen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Bras in the 44th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evelio Pes to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Bras in the 53rd minute of play forced Club Sportivo Italiano's goalkeeper Reynaldo Stephen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mihai Ozon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reynaldo Stephen came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Punua's Prudencio Bras. But to his dismay, Prudencio Bras quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Reynaldo Stephen came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Punua's Prospero Santo. But to his dismay, Prospero Santo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Cristoffer Uchiha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leon Egun got free with Olav Suur in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Reynaldo Stephen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudencio Bras in the 74th minute of the match. Olav Suur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evelio Pes in the 75th minute. Theo Hayles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Olav Suur made a huge save. A collision led to Club Sportivo Italiano getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Rogelio Claris hit a great ball. Club Sportivo Italiano's Reynaldo Stephen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristoffer Uchiha in the 78th minute of play. After 78 minutes of play, Punua's Cristoffer Uchiha made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reynaldo Stephen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mihai Ozon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Stephen having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Punua's goal looked a bit too open when Theo Hayles came free, but Olav Suur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leon Egun hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Cristoffer Uchiha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Theo Hayles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Olav Suur made a huge save. Prudencio Bras blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reynaldo Stephen having to make a save. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Punua were victorious despite being under pressure from Club Sportivo Italiano for much of the match.
