The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Barto Crespo during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis made a kick off. The CERRO PORTEÑO players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
