Cãlin Damaschin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 7th minute of the game Vladimiro Marquez made a throw-in which Alvise Catapano played forward. Cãlin Damaschin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stamen Tekeliev's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Michael Guisla threw the ball into play from the sideline. CERRO PORTEÑO's Paulo Maldini quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 12 played minutes Playa Malvín got a freekick which was hit by Stelian Murgu. Zé Roberto Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Alvise Catapano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Cãlin Damaschin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stamen Tekeliev in the 17th minute of play forced CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Cãlin Damaschin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cãlin Damaschin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stamen Tekeliev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cãlin Damaschin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvise Catapano in the 22nd minute of play. After 26 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CERRO PORTEÑO! Cãlin Damaschin had in the 28thth minute some difficulties stopping Stamen Tekeliev's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Stamen Tekeliev did an outstanding performance 28 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 0-2 to the right of an irritated Cãlin Damaschin in the goal. CERRO PORTEÑO made a substitution. 王树帆 replaced Alan Paredes. Playa Malvín's attentive Constantijn De Hond managed to snatch the ball when Paulo Maldini made a throw-in in the 42nd minute of the game. Zé Roberto Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebiu Cimpoi in the 43rd minute of the match. A collision led to CERRO PORTEÑO getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Abel Velasco hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the game, CERRO PORTEÑO's Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Roberto Teixeira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The CERRO PORTEÑO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Playa Malvín were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Stamen Tekeliev made the kick off in the second half. Cãlin Damaschin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stamen Tekeliev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stamen Tekeliev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute Quinto Ampudia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cãlin Damaschin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Playa Malvín's Zé Roberto Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moreno Martins in the 88th minute of play. The Playa Malvín fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when Playa Malvín's Quinto Ampudia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Playa Malvín had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
